1.To stay focused, for someone is a habit, for someone is a luxury and for someone is an art. Of being an art is a conscious act with a sense of talent (or not) or diligent study to master something. Thus, it can be practiced with determination and devotion just like anything else.

2.Haven’t shot hoops for a long while, I was shooting alone in a 5 star gym in one of these international high school in Beijing. The difference between being older and younger me decades back is that I started to find a sense of drive, or more accurately, to evoke a desire for a drive.

3.Shooting ball has two folds of purpose with quite different intention – to make as many shots as possible for the sake of shooting-in for the practice for better skills and all these things for fun and leisure time, or to shooting-in is a goal itself, to learn being focused on next shot, to understand each shot to improve, to make consistency applicable to other part of life, to challenge oneself on making next shot. The difference is for fun or for a step

4.One writer whose writing is intelligent, clever, philosophical and well-written, I enjoy particularly. However, there are something missing, too clever so lack of humbleness, too realism to being cruel and superficial, too smart and successful not offering enough of human sympathy. One slate of intelligent cannot evoke enough of unique prospect of thinking, creative enough to be one's own... Of course, have to admit -- there are simply just not enough good reading nowdays.
